Joyous Collection:
Includes a 5-Year Limited Warranty for residential use only, covering electrical components and heaters. No commercial warranty is offered.
Ensi & Tosi Collections:
Come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty for residential use and a 2-Year Limited Warranty for commercial use, both covering electrical components and heaters.
Covered electrical components include the digital control panel, power box, carbon fiber heater panels, chromotherapy light socket, LED light, Bluetooth speaker system, and near infrared emitters (Tosi Collection only).
Wood, Glass, and Accessories Coverage
All sauna cabins include a 1-Year Limited Warranty (residential and commercial) for wood structure and components—this includes the sauna walls, bench, floor panel, and roof. Tempered glass is also covered for one year under both residential and commercial use.
Accessory warranty coverage varies; please refer to individual product pages for specific terms.
Wood Quality Notice
JNH saunas are built with high-quality, untreated Canadian Hemlock. Natural characteristics such as wood grain variation, minor dents or scuffs, small surface cracks, and mild warping due to temperature or humidity changes are normal and not considered defects. These do not affect performance or assembly and are not covered under warranty. All wood is inspected before shipping. Light surface blemishes from transit may be resolved with fine-grit sandpaper. Do not apply chemical treatments or oils. Natural wood aging, including changes in color, is also excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty coverage begins on the date of shipment and applies only to the original retail purchaser; it is non-transferable. Joyous, Ensi, and Tosi models are intended for indoor use only—any outdoor installation, whether partial or full, voids the warranty. Outdoor models will have their own warranty terms, listed on the relevant product pages.
Saunas must be installed within 30 days of delivery. Any misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. Labor and technician costs are not covered. All shipping and handling fees related to warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, contact JNH Lifestyles at 1800 61 22 52 or support@jnhlifestyles.com.au. You will need to provide proof of purchase, your full name, phone number, a physical mailing address (no PO Boxes), and a description of the issue. If parts need to be returned, they must be shipped prepaid to JNH. Replacement or repaired items will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage does not include labor for installation, removal, or inspection; routine maintenance or recalibration; misuse or outdoor use of indoor models; incidental or consequential damages; personal injury or property loss; or any damage from moisture, including sweat stains or spilled liquids. Coverage is valid only within the Australia and New Zealand.
