Amazing experience all around
I had to call customer service before ordering to figure out which size sauna would suit us best. The phone call was really easy and my questions were answered quickly and clearly. The ordering process was straightforward, and I got tracking info promptly from both JNH and the freight company. Putting the sauna together took about two hours, and the company sent helpful videos to guide me through every step from unboxing to setup. It heats up in around ten minutes and works like a dream. I’ve been using it almost every day and I’m so chuffed with how beautiful and effective it is for such a good price. I spent six months researching before I bought it and I highly recommend this sauna and the company. Honestly, I was really impressed with the whole experience and I’ve already told quite a few people about them.

Very comfortable and useful Full Spectrum IR sauna
It’s a really good setup and comfortable for one person. I chose the Near IR panels, which come with a separate remote that has just a single on-off button. It would have been better if the NIR option was built into the main sauna panel like the other settings seem to be. But overall, it’s a great experience. It heats up quickly and is easy to turn on and off.

Great Product with Great Health Benefits
We’re loving our new JNH Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna. It actually showed up a few days before the delivery confirmation email and video instructions arrived, which was a bit confusing at first. I didn’t spot the printed instructions straight away since they were stapled inside the box. That said, putting it together was easy enough. Personally, I reckon having written instructions would be a better option than just relying on the videos.
The air temp doesn’t get quite as hot as we were expecting, but JNH explained that’s totally normal with infrared. We’re using the sauna every second day and already feeling the health benefits. The team at JNH has been really friendly and helpful too. I’d definitely recommend this product.3rd Jul 2025

Absolutely love this sauna
Absolutely love this sauna. I am not handy by any means or a do it yourselfer, and with the short provided and to the point video this unit was very easy to assemble. Couldn’t be happier about six weeks post purchase at this time.
