I’m a regular sauna user. I’m that person who signs up for a gym membership in winter thinking I’ll get into a workout routine but really just ends up using the sauna. When COVID hit and I couldn’t use the one at the local gym, I came across JNH saunas and gave it a go. It’s been pretty much spot on.

Delivery was on time and setting it up was easy as. Took me under two hours and it was up and running straight away. I’ve been seriously impressed with the infrared tech. It gets me sweating like a proper session and feels amazing. I also love that it’s surprisingly energy efficient. The outside of the sauna doesn’t get hot at all. It heats your body, not the whole box, unlike the traditional saunas that lose heat through the frame. This one keeps it all in.

Only thing I’d say could use a bit of work is the sound system. I’m big on music and love when it sounds sharp. The built-in speakers are a bit average, to be honest. My phone speakers actually sound better. Would be great if JNH offered a speaker upgrade option for the audiophiles who want to soak in sound as well as the heat and light.

That said, I couldn’t be happier with it overall. I’m in the sauna just about every day. Absolutely rate it.

We’ve just received and set up our Tosi Full Spectrum Sauna. It arrived right on time and was packed really well to prevent any damage during delivery. Shannon Larsen from customer support was fantastic and really helpful with all our questions throughout the order and shipping process.

Assembly took me a few hours. Some parts of the instructions were a bit confusing, but I managed to figure it all out without too much stress. I took my time and everything came together smoothly in the end.

The sauna is really well made and works brilliantly. Three of us in the family are using it every day and enjoying it heaps. You definitely work up a proper sweat. Just a quick tip if more than one person is using the Bluetooth with different phones, make sure each person unpairs their phone once they’re done. Otherwise the next phone won’t be able to connect properly.

Overall we’re very happy with our purchase and the whole experience. Thanks heaps, JNH!

Putting it together was pretty straightforward, no dramas. My brother and I are in it every day. The top temp says 140 degrees, but mine gets up closer to 150. I reckon the thermometer’s bang on. Honestly, money well spent. No regrets at all! My skin’s looking heaps better, and the nerve pain’s eased up a lot (had three back ops). Tech support’s been bloody great too, really made the whole thing even better.
